I recently took my son for infant and parent class and we had a great time. The instructor was very helpful and patient. My son loves it and I am excited to do more lessons with him. I was frustrated at the beginning as construction wasn't completed but this was the contractors not the owners.
Please try for yourself. Communication is key here for everyone

My son just had his first swim class the staff was attentive and helped my child overcome his fear of having his head in water, with fun and patience. He had so much fun would highly recommend.

DO NOT REGISTER here. They aren't even close to being open, there is no way to get a hold of this company to find out status of the swimming lessons. They don't respond to Facebook Messages, the phone number is just a loop telling you that registration opens July 2024 and swim school starts in September 2024, there is no email to reach out to. I have not received any email updates to my daughters swimming registration and sessions starting January 13th.

I prepaid for swim lessons in October 2024 for my child. When this place didn’t open on time I was given the option of a credit for when they open or to cancel and receive a refund. On Jan 13/25 I chose to cancel and asked for my credit card to be refunded. They emailed me saying it would take 30 days. I am still waiting for my refund. Getting ahold of them is very hard. There is no phone number to talk to anyone. No information on the website. Only an email address which is how they communicate.

Update. Mar 17/25. My credit card still hasn’t been refunded. I was told it would be another 30 days to process the refund. All these promises seem very suspicious.

I really wanted to like them. My issue is with a few things: affordability is not there. You pay $250 more by opting to use the payment plan. Who has $750 x (# of children you’re registering) kicking around these days for something like this? Savings are off limits and swimming isn’t an emergency cost. So maybe making their memberships more attainable more people would sign up. Secondly, their website is not the easiest to use. It seems like you’re forced to sign up for a $80/per child “lifetime membership”. What a money grab! We see through this Wahoo. Not cool. I will be driving into the city for affordable swimming for my kiddos.

My daughter has learnt so much in 4 lessons already. Love it they move you up in levels as soon as you have mastered the skills. Love the pool it’s beautiful, the staff have been fabulous. Thx you
