This was the first year I stored my boat in WaterKraft’s heated indoor facility. When the boat was delivered it was spotless, tied up perfectly and the work I asked for was all complete. The wax/buffing is the best I’ve ever had done in the 5 years of ownership. Could not be happier!

Great work by Matt & his team to receive delivery of 37 Foot boat...block, install props and splash my new boat...boat arrived late and the boys worked beyond normal work hours...this is great customer service that is rare these days...always great service from WATERKRAFT Marine....cannot thank them enough!

I have waited a long time before leaving this review as I know how this can affect business. I put my two Seadoo’s in for repair and was told they need the engines rebuilt. No problem with that however, the batteries were not old and one was not 5 months old and under warranty. Yet Waterkrafts took both batteries out and never asked or told me. I guess they thought I was not going to redo the engines, so take the batteries. When I found out the batteries had been taken, I contacted Waterkrafts and asked where are my batteries only to be told “well we tested them and they were no good so we threw them away”! When I told them they had no rights doing that and one was only 5 months old and under warranty, Matt said what do you want me to do about it! We argued for a while then he agreed to give me a good replacement battery which I agreed and picked it up. However, it was not a good battery and would not hold charge. I informed Matt and give them the battery back and ask for a new replacement. I was told to expect a call from Matt which never happen nor did I get a replacement battery. That was over a month ago. I would not do business again with them and do not trust them. My advice would be to find a more reputable marina. They lie and change the story every time you speak to them!

The people at watercraft have been servicing my boats for years. Always friendly helpful staff, they go the extra mile to help a customer out. They take the time to explain things, show what needs to be done. After the work was completed I was shown the end result, and sent home with the old parts. It's a family run business with the goal of helping other families or individuals get out and enjoy the water in a timely manner. I'd highly recommend them.

Although I’ve known the Kraft family for many years, this was my first time using Matt and his team for marine service. They out delivered my expectations in service and value for service. They got us in and running for the weekend. He also discovered a few issues that if not addressed were big safety issues. No hesitations for me recommend Waterkrafts or use them again. Thanks again Matt and Marina (sp?) - Hank
