We have had amazing service from everyone at Webb’s. Last year we were looking to replace an older truck and went to dealerships all over Central Alberta Barrhead, Camrose, Edmonton and Lloydminster. None were as relaxed, approachable and low pressure as Webb’s. We purchased a used truck from them just over a year ago and had a small ongoing check engine light which they thought had been repaired prior to sale.

However, after having it for about a year and a little under 15,000km we had a check engine light come on. Rachelle got us booked in to look into the issue and it was determined that the catalytic converter was failing. When we returned for the repair (as parts needed to be ordered) a stud broke resulting in a need for a replacement turbo. Milt really stepped up and lent us a vehicle for the week while they waited for the additional parts and completed the repairs. We thought this was outstanding as we live in Edmonton. While I am sure that we could find a good dealership in Edmonton, I greatly prefer driving to Vermilion knowing that I’ll have a good experience every time. We have had a great buying experience and arguably more importantly the ongoing service experience has been excellent.

I just called the service department to cancel my appointment for May 13th because my mechanic where I live can do it not only cheaper but I don’t have to worry about what I will do while I’m waiting and the lady on the phone seemed rude when I called and canceled her words were. Well I guess we will just send the parts back then. I was happy with Webb’s ford up until now
