We came to Webrunner with limited marketing experience whatsoever. Gerry Mavrokefalos and his team set up everything for us - Facebook, Google, etc, with great communication along the way. They have also taken the time to educate me on what they are doing, which is huge for me. I am the Office Manager for a landscaping company and we just recently switched to Webrunner and I can say my experience with them so far has been above and beyond what I have experienced from other marketing companies. Intelligent and responsive service. They take full responsibility for managing the ads, including custom landing pages which are A/B split tested for results. Instead of working with one "expert" like other companies we have tried, they have individual subject matter experts they bring in throughout the process. This gave us confidence that the approach we were taking was backed by experience and not just a trial and error approach. We are early into our campaign, so hard to say exactly how our results will be - however, the process that I've seen so far is solid and repeatable.

If you are going to work with this company, be prepared to listen to their advice as it's quality and can improve many other areas of your business. It's helped us with our other landing pages, and trade show performance as well. Make sure you actually listen to their advice, as the value comes from understanding what they say and then implementing.
