Stopped by at 4 pm without an appointment on a cross country camping trip from Tuktoyaktuk to Ottawa and asked for an oil change. I was extremely well received and had the best service ever within 45 min. The manager even took care of my 2 dogs as I was getting ready. Thank you so much for all the attention and for the excellent job done without notice. I am unlikely to find this kind of amazing help anywhere else soon!

The service staff was so polite and nice. Just came for an oil change, took about 45mins. If you need to wait the waiting area has a tv with the news on it, comfy chairs, and coffee available. They also have a free shuttle to drive you someone and pick you up if you need. This gentleman was super kind and so friendly. Overall would recommend.

Not one bit impressed with this place!!!!! They took advantage of a low income senior today! Makes me sick to my stomach. He went there about 2 weeks ago and they had him thinking he needed to have a wheel alignment done when he was waiting to have parts replaced. He then went in again today to have the actual work done and had another wheel alignment done. He had to pay for 2 wheel alignment ts....they knew darn well that they were taking full advantage of a senior. There was absolutely no need for the first alignment when as soon as the new parts came in he would need to have one done again.

Brought my car in for a warranty issue. At first they told me to bring it to where I bought it, Steinback Jeep, then they said they would look at it after I said it was a warranty issue. I explained the importance of having this issue fixed because I travel alot and the push button ignition is the only way to start my car, I could be stranded etc. The same issue happened again the day after I pick up my vehicle. I called them and asked for a printout of the work order, all they did was change a fuse! Poor skill, poor service. Now I have to drive my car 3 hours away to get a decent service on an issue that is covered by warranty. I left a poor review and asked for follow-up call, have not heard nothing from them. These guys give Jeep a bad name.

Service department doesn’t care about your vehicles if they have a manufacturing defect. We purchased this vehicle in 2019 from westend motors. We had Chrysler Canada open a case and they were going to pay for the defect, they literally had the paperwork ready to go. The manager of the service department didn’t have our best interests in mind. Didn’t go to bat for us even after we had 2 other licensed autobody mechanics say it’s a manufacturing defect. Looking at the bottom dollar instead of retaining a client. Well actually, multiple clients as our whole family bought from them in 2019 and none of us will step foot in that building again. Great place to make a sale, after service is awful.

Great service and friendly staff. We stopped in on our way through with a problem with our 4 wheel drive. We aren't from fort Frances, but they still took care of us. They squeezed us in in and got the job done. Fast service. Would recommend.
