Make sure you check the vehicle thoroughly, because after purchasing, you might discover a defective windshield and discreet areas of rust that staff "forgot" to disclose. Staff may also insinuate that these issues are your fault when you bring the vehicle in for repair. Then you may find, that the repair was improperly done and communication may cease. Best of luck.

Needed a quick repair ASAP, the part (a simple bolt) was 5days away but they called around, checked with the techs in the back and actually found the right part in-house, made the repair and checked all other parts were snug. Fast& friendly!

Driving by the dealership several days ago when I noticed our rear wheel had issues. Upon inspection, 3 wheel studs had snapped off.
Cautiously retightened the remaining studs and drove back to the dealer.
Explained the situation that we were travelling through.
They squeezed us in and even gave us a loaner to grab some lunch while they repaired the issue.

On the Canada Day long weekend I was heading out to Clear Lake with my two young kids (4 and 2) when I encountered and alternator issue just past Gladstone. After calling around they were the only place willing to take a look and offer help. While they weren't able to find a replacement for my 2002 Honda van, all the staff went out of their way to troubleshoot and finally let me use their loaner vehicle to get my self and kids out to the cabin, since the van needed to be towed back to Winnipeg. While we were waiting they encouraged us to cool off outside as it was 30+ degrees outside and the kids got some cold drinks. Just a great example of good people helping out someone in need. Can't say enough about how they helped my family out of a jam!

My dad and I had some trouble with his f150 when traveling across canada, we stopped by in the morning and the staff were very polite and professional and managed to have us back on the road by the afternoon.

Highly recommend stopping in if you're experiencing car issues.
