We had Wild Forager cater our wedding this past weekend (June 14,2025) and WOW, were we impressed!! Our guests are still ranting and having about the food (majority say it was the best food they ever had at a wedding). They went as far as to help my husband and I plate our dinner and take it to our table. The team was so helpful throughout the whole wedding process, and so easy to communicate with. They came to our venue the next day to drop off leftovers and pick up their coffee and tea station, going the extra mile. I could not speak more highly about this catering service...we still have leftovers in our fridge!! Recommend Wild Forager to anyone who is planning to get married, they are so worth it!!!

Wild Forager did the catering for our wedding this summer and everything was perfect. Erin helped to ensure that we had enough food, without over-stuffing people, and that we had a good variety to match our BBQ themed menu. The late night macaroni bar was a hit with MANY compliments about the truffle oil drizzle. I would happily recommend Jonathon, Erin, and the entire team at Wild Forager for any upcoming event.

Chef Jonathon catered an incredible private date night dinner for my husband and I. All the courses were absolutely delicious, service, presentation and food all comparable to our favourite 5 star restaurants. Wild Forager (Erin & Chef Jonathan) are incredible to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone having their wedding at the American Creek Lodge; they are super familiar with the venue and know exactly what to do! Lean on them for support. They were friendly and easy to work with - always available and quick to respond to emails or calls. And last --- the food is truly amazing! The spinach strawberry salad was a hit, chicken was tasty & not dry, perfectly cooked salmon and I will dream of the creme brule forever. We also requested a summer quinoa salad and they nailed it. Myself and my husband were very happy and we heard many positive comments from our guests about the food too!

Jonathon, Erin, and the Wild Forager Team were incredible caterers for our wedding. The food was outstanding, and many of our guests noted that the food was one of the highlights of the night. The staff were friendly and helpful during the evening, and Jonathon’s late-night snack of gourmet mac & cheese was a huge hit.

Wild Forager offers a variety of options that we were able to choose from, they offered a trial dinner to be able to taste dishes before making any decisions, and they were very flexible when it came to dietary restrictions and specific requests. When planning out the dinner, they were easy to work with, responsive, and accommodating to last-minute changes.

I would highly recommend them - and I still dream about their mashed potatoes.

I had such a wonderful experience working with the team of Wild Forager Catering and would highly recommend them for your future event. They were incredibly friendly and personable to both the Thistle and Thorne wedding team and to all of guests in attendance and the food was AMAZING! As a planner, seldom do I get a chance to finish an entire plate of food, but I made sure I did! Their team went over and above in not only their catering but in ensuring that all rentals were received and that kegs were done correctly!
