Don, Dave and Braden did a spectacular job with the 8 windows we had installed.
They are true craftsmen. Our house is older and we needed to keep our existing window framing. They were able to that with perfection. Our old blinds also went back up perfectly.
These guys are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I can see the difference with the quality of the Lux Windows. They look fantastic both from interior and exterior. So happy.
I highly recommend Red Deer Windows and Doors.

Thank you Window Masters for my new triple-pane glass patio door, and picture window with an opening insert! What wonderful upgrades from the original double-pane glass! They definitely keep more of the winter cold... and no doubt summer heat out.
The install was a big job... but thanks to Jason, it was completed with excellence... right down to the last detail of puttying the nail holes in the trim. And everything was neatly cleaned up... inside and out. Much appreciated Jason!
Justin, the owner, Shelly and Tom were all great to work with, as well as the fellow that came onsite to measure and give various quotes/ possibilities.

We had Scott come to our home as we needed to replace our large kitchen window of which the seal had broken. Scott is precise, intelligent and has a great sense of humor. We were also having difficulty with our sinlge hung windows throughout our home. Scott ensured us they would be easy to fix with new hardware. Mike came to install our window and fix the other windows. Perfect job done! Mike also assisted us in getting our oversized couch through the window and down to the lower level of our home. Mike is precise, intelligent and went above and beyond any expectations. Both Mike and Scott are incredible humans that go that extra mile without hesitation. I highly recommend Window Masters for any of your window and door needs. If we ever need anything we will most definitely contact them again!

If I could give higher than a five star I definately would! I have been in customer service well over 20yrs, and I can honestly say that this is one of the best experiences and amazing group of people I've worked with, every one of them giving incredible customer service.
My initial contact with Justin who gave us amazing options & pricing, to Jesse who was incredibly accommodating & did spot on measurements. I cannot say enough about Victor & Martin the installation team. Absolutely incredible! The company is very lucky to have these individuals representing them in the community.

Had Martin and Victor out for the installation of 9 windows over 2 days. During the work they cleaned as they went, kept everything nice and tidy did multiple walk around of the yard and interior of the house work areas prior to wrapping up for the day. They were able to quickly work around any surprises that came up, and they worked very well together. They have quite the sense of humour. It was a blast listen to them while they were working. They made sure we were happy with everything before they left on the final day. We would definitely have them back out anytime.

My sister had her patio door and windows replaced in her Kentwood house in July. Taylor installed the patio door and Shannon installed the windows. Both were extremely efficient and super nice. if i could give negative or NO STAR i would. Skip these guys. bad experience. watch out for their quote. they mislead and not explaining it properly and you will end up still paying them without fixing what is needed to be fix. instead of working it out with the us, they forced us to pay but didnt do the job properly and correctly. never again with these people. i suggest go to different company.
