Very fast! I appreciate how even though all 3 people were with guests they pointed out the auto wait line system / worked brilliantly. She replaced my screen protector. Ray had called me back to say they were in stock - wasn’t expecting him to do that. Very pleased with my interaction today!!!!

I had an issue with a new phone and had to return it DOA. Neveah was very professional and helpful. However, I feel she was hung out to dry and thrown to the wolves so to speak by her senior coworkers with how to deal with this specific situation. She took control and handled it with poise and confidence. I would recommend seeing her for your cellular needs. Lexie was also very helpful with the initial sales portion and I'm sure would also have been helpful for the exchange but she was not available.

Ben is great, I will definitely be back to see him! Thanks for the help today. Aurora and Lexie were also engaging and interested in helping where they could! Great energy at the booth. Bell has been my phone provider since 2016 and we ran into some issues today for the first time trying to upgrade, it didn’t go through today but the staff at Costco went above and beyond trying to help get the issue resolved. Love the discounts and freebies Costco offers with upgrades too!! Always a plus! Thanks again for your patience today guys! See you soon ☺️

I guess it’s the automatic system that asked me for the review because it wouldn’t have been the staff… On the 20th, they sold me a cellphone package; phone upgrade, plan upgrade, warranty, case, screen protector, (everything one would need). The issue is, the screen protector wasn’t there, they needed to bring it in, no problem, will courier it in next day or two days, we will have to pay for everything now and we’ll get a call right away. That right away didn’t come. I ordered two cases from OtterBox and a pack of three screen protectors from Amazon, they came within two days from Colorado and were cheaper than the case and screen from Wireless Etc. I went in to return what I never received and the inferior case. The problem…I couldn’t just return them, it had to be investigated. I couldn’t get an okay, thumbs up to the front desk, nod to the manager, I had to wait, waiting is okay, sometimes, but not when you are out on a waiting list without an estimated time that you can be served just to return something that they couldn’t even give you. A quick return transaction takes 30 seconds, selling a phone package takes much, much longer. I don’t want to sound like or be a “Karen”, but…there are no more words I can say. The Medicine Hat location sucks so much.

The associated who helped me was amazing. I came in close to closing and she got me a quote and offered to come in before her shift the next day to help me get phone set up. I am very pleased I stopped to check out what they could do for me.
