I called Wolf Creek Auto Glass this morning after a rock hit my windshield, shattering glass all over the inside of my car and all over me. They immediately ordered the replacement windshield while I was on the phone with them. When I arrived to drop off my keys, they were very thoughtful and kind, with attention to detail, down to ensuring my name was spelled correctly on the info sheet, because “it’s your name, of course it matters” with a smile. The windshield was installed promptly, they called me and picked me up from Tim Hortons when my car was ready. Everyone in the whole process was kind, thoughtful and happy to help. I would highly recommend Wolf Creek Auto Glass.

It saddens me to have to write a negative review as Dave was good to deal with and got my vehicle in quickly. Unfortunately when I received my vehicle back, it was covered in scratches along the hood, and both sides of the vehicle. It’s almost as if they were kneeling and rubbing bare hands along the paint, pushing dirt and debris into it. I’ve had many windshields replaced and never have I received a vehicle back with scratches. *NOTE - this photo was taken PRIOR to any buffing. It was received from the shop like this and likely needs professional paint correction. As I mentioned before Dave was friendly and personable but it’s obvious the staff working on the car don’t treat the clients vehicles with the care and respect that you would expect. If you do take your vehicle here, make sure you check for this type of damage after getting it back, especially if you have a dark coloured vehicle. I will be going elsewhere for any future auto glass needs. Very disappointed.

My sunroof exploded from a rock and Dave and the staff were amazing to deal with! The glass was supposed to take quite a while to get in so they wrapped it for me and told me to come back if I needed at any point to get it rewrapped. Luckily the glass came in quick and he was fast to communicate with me and book me in! I will absolutely be going back for any future needed service and would definitely recommend them for your glass services!

I got a new windshield put on my vintage van. Typically a difficult job. They did excellent work and have helped re-seal it as the mouldings expanded at no cost. They stand behind their work!

We brought our vehicle in for windshield replacement and every since Wolf Creek Auto Glass calibrated the cameras, they lane keeping would not work properly. The owner insisted that his equipment is top notch and could not be the problem. You know what fixed it? Replacing the windshield at Speedy in Edmonton with a re-calibration at Speedy. Never had any issues since then.

Since Wolf Creek Auto Glass did a good job with the physical window install, in called to book it in there and have the calibration done at the dealership. Wolf Creek owner refuses to work on my cal unless he also gets the work for the calibration.

I do not feel it is safe to bring my car to Wold Creek Auto Glass for the calibration. Do you?

I've been going to Dave and Wolf Creek Auto Glass for a while now, and will continue to use them. They are knowledgeable, friendly and stand by their work. I've had little things come up and when I call, Dave gets me in right away and the issue dealt with quickly. Highly recommend him and the team!
