I was nervous buying a tool as a beginner from a company three provinces over. But they patiently answered all my questions over the phone and guided me to the right product (a chuck that had to be compatible with an old machine). I felt comfortable ordering, and my package arrived quickly and well packed. I bought a refurbished tool and it was immaculate. I definitely recommend this company.

Very impressed with this amazing small local business!! Found them by happy accident, where Bob had a few free lathe face plates available, I was looking for a friend. Near immediate response led to finding his on-line store and I made a sizable order, in which he included some of the random thread face plates!! Amazing and personable customer service, free ship over $100 and I received my order between X-mas and New Years despite the shipping back-up! Ordered their Nova G3 "direct thread" chuck kit. Received an "insert" chuck kit instead, by mistake - exactly the same kit except for the chuck itself. Called their Customer Service number, and Bob Gadd immediately shipped a replacement chuck to me with a return authorization for the incorrect chuck, and we were done. Could not possibly have been handled better or more friendly. Thank you Bob!

I would give 10 stars if I could!
I purchased a wood burning kit online& was getting it shipped to NS. Not only was this a quick shipment but the owner Robert went above and beyond to make sure the experience buying from his company was seamless. Great service and selection.

I came across these guys while I was searching for someone in Canada selling Pfeil lino gouges.

Bob answered a few questions I had before my purchase and was super friendly. And best of all they had everything I was after in stock.

My order shipped out the same day and was in my hands a couple of days later.

Super impressed with the Pfeil tools, Bob, and the shop. I would highly recommend giving these guys a try if you're looking for lino or woodworking tools in Canada.

Woodworker Specialties is outstanding in customer service and tool repair:

My girlfriend and my father both went in on a Brad nailer for for my birthday. I absolutely love the Omer 18ga Brad nailer. As a finished carpenter in the new construction industry, I shoot 10,000 nails per week. That being said, the nail gun I purchased had a an issue with an adjustment set screw. I simply emailed Worker Specialties and got Immediate response. Even though the Omer company wouldn’t warranty the problem, Woodworker Specialties sent me a prepaid shipping label to return item where they would repair it in their shop. A week and a half later I was was on the job site and it felt like I had a brand new nail gun! The turnaround time for their service was incredible considering I live in the Midwest, United States. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys! They are legit!
