By far worst internet I have seen. What a joke of a company. Sent a teck to our house with no notice in an unmarked car and he expected me to let him in. Internet is as slow as dial up in the 90s. Don’t waste your money here. I just bit the bullet and ordered a star link. At least I’ll get what I’m paying for.

Called a month in advance to be hooked up. Told me I was in a location that could use their internet. Sent a tech out to install it and he couldn't. The tower is full, but they sold it to me anyway. Very unprofessional. The tech couldn't even be bothered to let me know, just left without saying a word. That's extremely unprofessional. Will never be using this company again and certainly don't recommend them.

Unfortunately the cell tower we connected through is being shutdown leaving me high and dry. Although I had the choice of
Buying a 30-foot tower or opting in to a satellite deal with capped usage it was time to change. Xplore accomodated me to the best of their current capabilities, but there are better alternatives out there. Thank you for the friendly customer service and for trying.

Horrible Internet Providor. You will be better off with anyone else, even if they don't promise the speeds Xplore is supposed to give.

We used to be with 3T Systems originally and had 18 Download and never had issues. They were bought out by SWIFT, again they did not change anything besides the company name and everything worked as should. Than however Xplore came and bought SWIFT. When they did we did not see the promised 18 Download anymore.

They than told us we have to switch to their LTE system because they are shutting down the "OLD" equipment, we did not want to but they promised us their 25 Download package at no upcharge so went with it.

Let me just say that since the conversion we NEVER even got close to the consistent 18 we had before.

Our internet keeps cutting in and out now, and when we do have internet it is slower than what we had before. Apparently if you get 10 Download, that is withing their 40% policy of what they are supposed to provide you. And since it's within the 40% they are in the right.
After many more calls and problems they upgraded us to the LTE 50 plan for no upcharge. But that did not fix anything.

Since we got swapped in March (1 month ago) we have had internet for maybee 30% of the time and extremely slow speed when we do. And I'm not talking 20, 15, 10 Download. I'm getting speeds of less than 1,2, and 3 Download! This is unusable for a family of 4.

They have had their "advanced team" "working" on us every day, but NOTHING changes. Since the conversion 1 month ago I have made 25 calls to them regarding internet issues! If there is literally anyone else in your coverage area go with them. Trust me you will save on headaches and time wasted troubleshooting.

This is a greedy company comming in and buying everyone out to get a Monopoly just to make everyone's life more miserable. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I highly encourage everyone who reads this to read up on the CRTC laws and regulations and file a complaint for providing unusable internet access to Canadians.

Horrible LTE service provider. Stay away if at all possible. We were with Swift, but Xplore bought them out and forced us to switch to LTE. Speeds are as advertised (25Mb/s) during non peak hours but all evening (4+ hours), speed drops to 2-3 Mb/s and frequently stalls out altogether. We had decent service for about 3 months over the winter, but now for the last month we are back to the same old garbage. This happened after being notified that the network was shut down for maintenance on March 14 (probably to remove some LTE panels). Xplore only seems to be interested in pushing fiber, but for those of us with a long rural driveway, the cost to run the cable is prohibitive.
Xplore Tech support says there is nothing they can do except offer a $20 discount for a couple of months. And because we get full bandwidth during the daytime, we do not qualify for a permanent discount (which does not make the situation better, anyway). Hopefully the class action lawsuit is approved and Xplore is finally called to task for the unreliable, garbage service they provide.

So I signed up for fiber. The promise was high-speed, uninterrupted internet. Not only is it not fast it is the definition of interrupted.

Every 2-3 min all our internet drops out. I'm not the guy who complains without doing my due diligence.

First I called. They said to restart the modem. Great didn't help. Then they put me on hold for 15 min and hung up on me.

I called again later on and went through the same stuff. This time they checked my speed ping and a bunch of other stuff. They said it wasn't working but they were not sure why.

Again I call because I have an important zoom meeting coming up. Still no help. They sent out a technician who did exactly what I did over the phone.

Missed my meeting.

I called again this time angry. Finally they submitted a work ticket to get it fixed. Now after not being contacted for months I call again. They cancelled the ticket and didn't tell me. Now there is a new ticket.

What the actual heck. What does it take to get some customers service.

Absolutely awful customer service, (one star is generous) incompetence runs thru this company from the service techs to customer support call center. 3 weeks without service from failed equipment, multiple service calls with nothing done every time. Switching to starlink, when I called to cancel my service lady said you know starlink has no support techs, I told her I can buy two systems for 398$ so I can have a full spare here if it goes down. This company is done they are just milking it for the last few hold outs.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Long story short, I live one city block from the tower, rural, I may add. One day my internet went down. It's been almost 2 months, 7+ phone calls, 13+ people talked to, 0 clear answers, 1000+ lies and excuses. I ended up spending $4000 on a tower in my backyard for another internet company, because in the end, they can't give me service. Along with the terrible customer service, Absolutely terrible terrible company! STAY AWAY!!
