I have been dealing with Jason for 5 years for signs for a local golf tournament. I have always found him very helpful and prompt with our orders. He is a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Xposure Signs was recommended to me to wrap my car with paint protection film. Unfortunately this was beyond the scope of their expertise. I'm sure they are very competent and capable in other jobs.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. It's been over 20 days and I still haven't received my order. The owner Jason won't take any responsibility for this. First he tells me they are rejected on the 10th after I purchased my order online and tells me that he is correcting that immediately and they will be sent out right away... Ok so that was already 5 days after expected delivery... So I wait and 10 days passes and still nothing. I call and he says they're in the mail covid is slowing them down. So I wait longer still nothing. I email him back and he tells me they weren't sent because they are showing as unpaid. Now these were paid for through PayPal from the website, I received an invoice in my email directly after and the money was taken from my account. I forward this information to him and he says I need to check my PayPal account. As if my bank statement and invoice with an invoice number from his company wasn't enough. He then lies to me and tells me that he intends on completing my order and reembursing me for the Hassle, as he discovered these were paid for. (Again not his fault) ---So then after all that he says I have to do your order again because they were rejected -?(what!)? I reminded him that he told me that 10 days ago and insisted he was fixing it that day. He said he forgot and didn't do it... He tells me he can send my flyers and they would be there the next day.. it's almost a week later and I still have recieved nothing. He told me he printed me 50 stickers and I could pick them up for free. So no buisness cards or flyers or refund like he promised after 20 days and no solution to my problem. It's the printing people's fault it's PayPal's fault it's the delivery mana fault it's the websites fault. Not the owners fault. Nothing but lies lies lies. He took my money refuses to refund my money like he said he would. He acts like that conversation never happened and his solution to all of this is keep my money wait for god knows how much longer for my order and drive to his office to pick up 50 free stickers!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WOTH THIS COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN!!! I SUGGEST YOU ALL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I've never experienced customer service like this in my life. Dealt with the owner only and he's blaming everyone and everything else.SAVE Your time and money people! Go somewhere else! I think this guy is drunk and doesn't know what he's doing or saying or remembers the promises he makes one day and then lies the next!!!! So disappointed!!!!
