We took our son and 4 friends out for some tubing. Captain Dan was awesome - very engaging with the kids and made sure everyone felt comfortable. Super encouraging and gave kids (and mom) lots of options for speed levels. Made for an awesome 12th birthday. Kids working the dock were good with our kids as well.
We had to reschedule due to weather and it was very easy to work with them to find another day. Would recommend!

My dad took my family out to grand bend for the day, we did the boat charter together and it was probably the coolest thing I’ve done all summer. Highly recommend level 5 with Captain Dan, the staff was also super friendly and professional, can’t wait to come back!

If you are looking to rent Jet Skies — look no further. Xtreme WaterSports in Grand Bend is the best!! From the moment we arrived, the lady in the booth was so kind and easy to deal with. We then proceeded to the dock with no wait whatsoever as they have a tone of Jet Skies ready to go. The staff was kind and courteous on going over the rules and explaining things. Once on the Jet Ski they have a few of their staff out on the water, making sure everyone is safe and having a good time. I highly recommend getting your Jet Ski rentals from this place. We are looking forward to going again soon. Good vibes and fun all around. We will definitely be back.

Took the boat for A quick little cruise with Mr. Captain Dan! This is the man you want to be driving the boat for sure. Kept everybody safe at all times, made sure everyone had an amazing first time experience and overall just had A great vibe. Will be definitely returning back in the future if Captain Dan is leading the way.

We had an amazing experience tubing today in Grand Bend! Captain Dan was awesome. He really paid attention to how the kids were feeling about the ride and made them all feel confident about the whole thing with his positive reinforcement. He was also very considerate of the needs in our group. We will definitely come back again!

We had an amazing experience renting jet skis from this location! Dan, the owner, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive from the moment we arrived. He took the time to thoroughly explain how to properly operate the jet skis, making sure we felt confident and safe before heading out on the water. He also walked us through essential safety precautions — including what to do in the event the jet ski tipped over. That ended up being incredibly valuable, because it did tip, and thanks to Dan’s clear instructions, we were able to safely and easily climb back on without panic or confusion.

His professionalism and patience made a huge difference, especially for first-time riders. We left feeling not only exhilarated from the experience, but also well-informed and safe the entire time. I would highly recommend this rental service to anyone looking for a fun, safe, and supportive water adventure. Dan truly went above and beyond!

We rented a jetski for 4 hours here on a nice summer day! Dan and his team were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. We will be renting from them again in the future for sure. 😁

Additional Notes: Our friends rode the jetski to a cottage in Port Franks (and back) and still had plenty of gas to spare!
